We’ve been inspired by Roman cuisine highlighting the wonderful artichoke heart. This deliciously sweet Romana sauce is delicately balanced by the subtle artichoke hearts and the savory capers. Serve penne with added Romano cheese or on fusilli tossed with spinach and feta cheese. Molto bene!

Ingredients:
vine-ripened tomatoes, 100% pure Italian olive oil, artichoke hearts, fresh garlic, capers, spices, salt, citric acid
