Mary’s Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 lb. Package ShadyBrook ground turkey (7% Fat) or equivalent
1 Jar Dell’Amore Original Recipe 26 oz
1 egg
1 heaping Tbsp dry parsley
2–3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
4 Tbsp grated Romano cheese
¼ cup bread crumbs
2 Tbsp water

Directions:
In a large bowl mix all of the above ingredients (except Dell’Amore sauce). By hand, mix the ingredients until they are a smooth, even consistency.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Roll the meatball to approximately the size of slightly larger golf balls. Place the meatballs on a cookie tray and place in the oven for 15 minutes. With a spatula, turn the meatballs once halfway through cooking time. Remove from oven; place meatballs in saucepot. Cover meatballs with Dell’Amore sauce. Simmer over very low heat for 45 minutes then serve.
