
“No Vodka” Sauce
Ingredients: Dell’Amore Original, Spicy, or Sweet Basil & Garlic Heavy Cream Half & Half or Plain Yogurt Romano Cheese Penne or Rigatoni

Directions: Over low heat bringing sauce to a simmer. Starting with 3 Tablespoons Slowly add heavy cream; and add until sauce turns pink-orange; add generous amount of grated Romano cheese to sauce and stir well. Serve over penne or rigatoni pasta, add more grated Romano if desired at the table. If Vodka in sauce is preferred, heat equal amount Vodka and cream, bring to soft boil, turn heat to low for 3 minutes, add Dell’Amore sauce, and grated Romano — STIR well in pot and serve. (Per 25.5oz jar — 1/8 cup Vodka and 1/8 cup cream).
